Matthias Aydt has stepped down from his role as Global Co-CEO, while Independent Director Chad Chen has been elevated to the position of Lead Independent Director. Jia Yueting, now assuming the mantle of Global CEO, will oversee a broad spectrum of operations, including product development, EAI (Embodied Artificial Intelligence) R&D, supply chain management, manufacturing processes, quality assurance, UES (User Experience Strategy), and VLE (Virtual Learning Environment). He will collaborate closely with Jerry Wang in jointly steering strategy formulation, capital market engagements, investor relations, human resources, day-to-day operations, AI IT initiatives, as well as overseeing subsidiaries and regional entities. FF's founder and newly appointed Global CEO, Jia Yueting, further revealed that FF is set to transform into a U.S.-headquartered Physical AI Ecosystem Company. This strategic pivot will center on embodied intelligent robotics, underpinned by two key product pillars: EAI humanoid and bionic robots, and EAI automotive robots.
