Recently, xAI has rolled out its Grok voice mode to the Apple CarPlay ecosystem, granting iPhone users the ability to participate in hands-free voice interactions with Grok within CarPlay-compatible vehicles. This move not only broadens Grok's accessibility but also expands its user base significantly. Nevertheless, the Grok functionality on CarPlay comes with certain limitations. Specifically, it lacks the capability to directly command in-car systems and necessitates a manual launch of the application to activate voice mode.
