It has bolstered institutional frameworks and, in collaboration with pertinent departments, issued the 'Interim Measures for the Administration of Personified Interactive Services of Artificial Intelligence.' Additionally, it has sought public input on the administrative measures governing the information services of digital virtual humans. This year's conference will host a dedicated sub-forum on AI-driven network civilization construction, centering on discussions about technological advancements and other pertinent topics to facilitate the translation of research outcomes into practical applications. Throughout the event, the 'Ethical Safety Guidelines for Artificial Intelligence Applications (Version 1.0)' will be officially released, serving as a valuable reference for all stakeholders involved.
