The inaugural Xiaohongshu "Hackathon Grand Finale" recently wrapped up triumphantly in Shanghai. Following an intense 48-hour period of development and evaluation, the 200 finalists eventually witnessed ten teams rise to prominence. These teams vied for accolades in both the hardware and software categories, as well as the coveted overall grand prize on the final stage. Among the standout projects, the "Brain-Controlled Wheelchair" clinched the top spot in the hardware category, the AI-powered hairstyle design product "Chic Chic" emerged victorious in the software category, and the Pocket Guitar, an intelligent hardware pocket guitar, captured the overall grand prize. Moreover, the event introduced five special category awards, with teams such as "Shuyi NoteRx" and "Vibethon Coding Arena" earning commendations.

Remarkably, over 60% of the finalists hailed from the post-00s generation, with the youngest participant being a mere 12 years old. The team led by 22-year-old Ye Bowen not only secured the overall grand prize but also received a substantial 200,000 yuan bonus. The post-00s team helmed by Zhang Zhenyao claimed third place in the hardware category, while the Page One team, consisting of four junior high school students, was bestowed with the "AI Native" special category award.
