On April 10, Zhongke Intelligent Cloud made a significant announcement by launching its industrial equipment super-intelligent agent, SIEA-CORE. At the heart of this innovative product lies a self-developed industrial world model, which empowers industrial equipment to comprehend the physical world and forecast dynamic processes. This breakthrough marks a pivotal shift in traditional industrial equipment, transitioning it from being "human-operated" to achieving "autonomous intelligence."
SIEA-CORE boasts versatile adaptability, seamlessly integrating into various industrial settings such as construction, ports, energy, steel, and chemicals. Its initial applications are focused on key equipment including tower cranes, bridge cranes, stacker-reclaimers, and ship loaders/unloaders. By leveraging perception and semantic SLAM technologies, in conjunction with Sim2Real technology, SIEA-CORE attains a holistic perception and dynamic prediction of the physical world. This, in turn, elevates the autonomous cognition and decision-making prowess of industrial equipment.
Actual test data reveals that tower cranes equipped with SIEA-CORE can attain 85% of the operational efficiency of seasoned workers. Moreover, their 24/7 operational efficiency outperforms that of skilled workers by a notable 10%. These cranes also support three-axis synchronization and five-speed operation, truly realizing a dual enhancement in both safety and efficiency. Furthermore, SIEA-CORE facilitates 24/7 unmanned intervention for equipment like stacker-reclaimers and ship loaders/unloaders, resulting in a 15% boost in loading and unloading efficiency.
