On Weibo, a programmer shared a glimpse of the new interface, featuring three distinct modes: Quick, Expert, and Visual. This suggests that the upcoming new model may be segmented into a Quick Version, a Deep Version, and a Multimodal Version, or alternatively, branded as DeepSeek V4 Lite, DeepSeek V4, and DeepSeek V4 Vision. Moreover, DeepSeek is also in the process of developing at least two large-scale models utilizing domestic AI chips. As the launch date draws near, the industry anticipates that, in addition to the aforementioned three models, DeepSeek will also unveil a specialized edition tailored for AI programming, aiming to rival the offerings of Anthropic or OpenAI.
