Jia Yueting took to his personal WeChat official account to announce that Faraday Future (FF) has established a bold objective: to deliver more than 1,000 units of its EAI (Embedded Artificial Intelligence) robot business by 2026. This goal is part of a broader initiative to advance the phased '633' plan. Thanks to proactive communication with suppliers and creditors, the company has successfully transformed its net assets from negative to positive, achieving a significant reduction and optimization of approximately $100 million in debt.
In the first quarter of this year, the EAI robot business reached a notable milestone by achieving positive gross margins for a single product. Looking ahead, the company plans to expand its reach into both the B2B (To B) and B2C (To C) markets. The B2C strategy will focus on home education, with aspirations to establish an EAI education system in California.
Jia Yueting emphasizes that the core of competition among tech companies revolves around AI, data, and ecological capabilities. He predicts that the output value of the embodied AI industry will eventually surpass that of the automotive industry. In a personal note, Jia Yueting shared that his son has been accepted into the computer science program at Stanford University. He highlighted his son’s longstanding interest in computers and AI, which was further enriched by practical experience gained through internships at AI companies during holidays. Jia Yueting also mentioned that he intends to purchase FF robots to support his child’s learning journey.
