According to Business Insider, Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence startup, xAI, has recently witnessed sweeping personnel upheavals. With the exits of Manuel Kroiss and Ross Nordeen, the original 11-member founding team of xAI has now entirely departed, leaving Musk as the only remaining founder. The restructuring process commenced in January of this year, marked by the successive departures of several co-founders and dozens of employees, as well as the scaling down of several core project teams. Musk acknowledged that xAI’s initial organizational framework was flawed and is now undergoing a complete rebuild. The company has already onboarded nearly 10 new hires and has resumed its recruitment drive.
