On March 9, Tencent officially launched its all-scenario AI assistant, WorkBuddy. This product seamlessly integrates with OpenClaw’s skill ecosystem, enabling users to download and install it directly from the official website or deploy it remotely via WeCom for enterprise applications. However, on its debut day, the platform experienced a massive surge in user traffic, far exceeding initial projections. This sudden influx created immense strain on the servers, leading to login difficulties and intermittent service disruptions. In response, Tencent Cloud’s Code Assistant (CodeBuddy) team swiftly issued a public apology and immediately scaled up server capacity tenfold. As of now, the service has fully resumed normal operations and remains stable.
