According to the-decoder, the open-source video generation model Helios has been officially released. This model is the first 14-billion-parameter video model to run at an inference speed of 19.5 frames per second (FPS) on a single GPU, supporting the generation of continuous videos up to one minute long. Moreover, both the code and model weights have been fully made public.
