China Galaxy Securities forecasts that, between early February and the Spring Festival, market funds will see an accelerated rotation across sectors like technology and non-ferrous metals, with high-performing assets expected to take center stage. The emphasis in asset allocation will transition from broad-based 'beta' gains to targeted 'alpha' opportunities. Given that the Spring Festival falls in mid-February and will occur even later in 2026, a dramatic shift in market dynamics is not foreseen. At present, Hong Kong stocks are in the process of establishing a comprehensive listing system for the entire AI industry chain. Meanwhile, the moderate appreciation of the RMB is set to bolster the valuation of Chinese assets. Hong Kong stocks, potentially swayed by A-share market sentiment, are anticipated to display an upward trend accompanied by volatility.
