The Jiangsu Provincial Government has released the 'Jiangsu Province 'AI+' Action Plan'. The plan proposes to vigorously cultivate new business formats native to AI, led by Model-as-a-Service and Data-as-a-Service, to build a system of AI-native technologies, products, and services. Meanwhile, it explores inclusive and efficient new models for open-source applications, accelerates the development of general-purpose products such as agent development platforms, and improves the industrial chain of AI-native hardware including embodied intelligent robots, smart wearables, and smart home devices. Additionally, it encourages information technology companies to transform into digital and intelligent enterprises, fosters unicorn companies, and supports the innovation and entrepreneurship model of artificial intelligence 'One Person Company (OPC)'.
