Simultaneously, it fosters the creation of standardized, scalable computing power cloud services and backs qualifying regions in the issuance of 'computing power subsidy vouchers'. Furthermore, the initiative accelerates research and development efforts in algorithm models, spurs the exploration and implementation of foundational architectures for emerging models, drives advancements in cutting-edge technologies like world models and spatial intelligence, and assists eligible regions in providing 'model subsidy vouchers'.
