On December 22, the National Intellectual Property Administration officially released the first-ever list of 'AI Plus' intellectual property public service application scenarios. In total, 18 representative application scenarios across 12 provinces were chosen. This development represents a significant leap forward in the intelligent transformation of intellectual property services in China.

Different regions have demonstrated a wealth of innovative approaches. For instance, Beijing has concentrated on providing overseas rights protection support and fostering collaborative innovation in future-oriented industries. The core objective of this initiative is to promote the seamless integration of AI technology with diverse facets of intellectual property.

The 18 pilot projects are set to undergo a one-year construction phase. Throughout this period, there will be a strengthening of process management and data security oversight to ensure smooth implementation and safeguard sensitive information.
