As per the report, Baidu Intelligent Cloud and Alibaba Cloud have been placed as the two foremost leaders within China's AI platform industry quadrant, with Baidu Intelligent Cloud claiming the top spot for product capabilities and Alibaba Cloud excelling in strategic layout dimensions. In an assessment encompassing 18 product capabilities and 7 strategic layout facets, Baidu Intelligent Cloud and Alibaba Cloud jointly emerged as the frontrunners, achieving flawless scores across all 19 categories. Volcano Engine and Huawei Cloud secured the third and fourth positions, respectively. Forrester highlighted that AI cloud vendors are evolving into indispensable infrastructure providers, facilitating customized transformations across diverse industries. Notably, Baidu Intelligent Cloud pioneered the 'Integration of Cloud and AI' strategy, which was further enhanced in 2025 to a cutting-edge AI cloud infrastructure characterized by 'Integration of Cloud and AI, Intelligence First.' This upgrade showcases remarkable prowess in data integration, generation, and exploration. On the other hand, Alibaba Cloud has constructed a comprehensive AI cloud ecosystem leveraging its self-developed chips and models, excelling in data integration, model development, inference deployment, and other key areas.
