The plan advocates for universities and research institutions to pioneer innovative research paradigms, encompassing 'AI+' integration in material science, life science, and energy science, while also emphasizing the development of large-scale scientific models and high-caliber datasets. In tandem, it encourages research endeavors within laboratories such as the Jialing River, Jinfeng, and Mingyue Lake, focusing on 'AI+' applications in equipment, diagnostics, treatment, and materials. Furthermore, the plan expedites the establishment of platforms like the Chongqing Institute of Information and Intelligent Medicine and the Chongqing Institute of General Artificial Intelligence, thereby facilitating the intelligent transformation of fundamental scientific research platforms and pivotal scientific and technological infrastructures.
