As reported by 9to5Mac, Elon Musk's xAI has secured the right, in accordance with the Hague Evidence Convention, to gather evidence from an undisclosed South Korean entity. This move is aimed at bolstering its legal action against Apple and OpenAI. Earlier, the judge rejected the defendants' attempt to have the case dismissed and mandated the submission of further evidence. Apple and OpenAI have now been given an extension, with a deadline of December 11, to file their response documents.
