On November 25, 2025 (before the trading hours of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong), UBTECH announced that it had entered into a placing agreement with the placing agents to procure, on a best-efforts basis, subscribers to subscribe for 31.468 million new H shares at a placing price of HK$98.80 per share, representing a discount of approximately 11.39% to the closing price on November 24.
