Mininglamp Technology (2718.HK), a Chinese software company specializing in data intelligence applications, is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) from October 23 to October 28. The company plans to issue 7.219 million Class A shares, with 10% of these shares earmarked for public offering in Hong Kong and the remaining 90% designated for international placement. The offering price per share is set at HK$141, with the company anticipating a maximum fundraising amount of HK$1.018 billion.

Investors participating in the IPO are required to purchase shares in lots of 40, with an entry fee amounting to HK$5,696.88 (rounded up to HK$5,697 for simplicity in common usage). Mininglamp Technology is expected to make its official debut on the stock exchange on November 3, with CICC serving as the sole sponsor for the listing.

In terms of fund allocation, approximately 35% of the net proceeds from the IPO will be channeled into enhancing the company's technology research and development capabilities. Another 40% will be allocated towards product development initiatives. Furthermore, 15% of the funds will be utilized for marketing and other strategic efforts aimed at expanding the customer base and deepening industry penetration. The remaining 10% of the net proceeds will be reserved for working capital and general corporate purposes.
