On September 24, the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued the "2025 Beijing Human Resources Market Salary Data Report." As per the report, in 2024, salary levels across different industries experienced varying degrees of growth. Notably, strategic emerging sectors, including integrated circuits, next-generation information technology, intelligent high-end manufacturing, the digital economy, new energy, and intelligent connected vehicles, continued to spearhead salary increases. Meanwhile, industries centered around daily living services, such as transportation and logistics, as well as catering and accommodation, maintained a steady upward trend in salaries.

The report specifically underscored that within the realm of emerging industries, the median annual salary for AI engineering technicians soared to 312,684 yuan. For big data engineering technicians, it climbed to 316,388 yuan, while automotive application engineering technicians saw their median annual salary reach 296,955 yuan. Additionally, AI trainers enjoyed a median annual salary of 181,023 yuan.
