On September 13, Wuhan witnessed the grand convening of the 'Optics Valley Sensor Industry Innovation and Development Exchange Meeting.' This significant event was co-hosted by Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) and the Administrative Committee of the East Lake High-Tech Development Zone. Additionally, it received collaborative support from the School of Integrated Circuits at HUST and the Enterprise Service Center of China's High-Tech Zones.
During the meeting, a pivotal moment unfolded as the 'Optics Valley Sensor Industry Innovation Alliance,' spearheaded by HUST, was formally launched. This milestone was accompanied by the signing of a collaborative agreement aimed at co-establishing the 'Optics Valley Smart Sensing Technology Innovation Research Institute.' The alliance is set to concentrate its efforts on crucial facets of the smart sensor industry, encompassing design, manufacturing, packaging, testing, and system integration. Its overarching vision is to propel Optics Valley into a preeminent global center for the smart sensor industry by the year 2030.
