On September 16, during the China Quality (Nanjing) Conference, Hikvision was bestowed with the 5th China Quality Award, in recognition of its innovative "Digital Intelligence Quality" management model. This accolade represents the pinnacle of national honors in the quality domain and signifies a historic "zero breakthrough" for Zhejiang Province, as it becomes the first in the province's manufacturing industry to clinch the China Quality Award. According to data, Hikvision's quality management system maturity level soared from 82.66% in 2020 to 86.75% in 2024. Over the same timeframe, customer satisfaction surged from 87.15% to 91.61%. Presently, Hikvision boasts a portfolio of over 30,000 hardware models and hundreds of software offerings, with its global footprint extending to more than 180 countries and regions worldwide.
