The Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology has officially opened the floor for public input on the "Three-Year Action Plan for Accelerating the Development of Hangzhou's Artificial Intelligence Terminal Industry (2025 - 2027) (Draft for Public Comment)".

This plan envisions carrying out a foundational support initiative aimed at bolstering the availability of fundamental components like data, computing power, and algorithms. Among the specific strategies outlined are the identification and commendation of high-caliber open datasets, the provision of interest subsidies for projects related to computing infrastructure, and the introduction of a Hangzhou Computing Coupon, valued at 250 million yuan annually, to financially assist terminal enterprises.

The overarching objective is to establish a repository of over 20 premium datasets, attain a smart computing power capacity of 100 EFlops, and nurture the development of more than 10 vertically integrated large models that wield significant industry influence by the year 2027.
