Hangzhou Seeks Public Input on Three-Year Blueprint to Propel AI Terminal Industry Growth

The Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology has unveiled the 'Three-Year Action Plan for Accelerating the Development of the Artificial Intelligence Terminal Industry in Hangzhou (2025-2027) (Draft for Public Consultation)' and is actively inviting feedback. The plan envisions a series of innovation-driven initiatives, including financial support in the form of grants. Specifically, it offers grants of up to RMB 10 million for major AI terminal industry projects, RMB 3 million for key municipal scientific research endeavors, and RMB 5 million for enterprises shouldering national and provincial scientific research missions. Additionally, qualifying proof-of-concept centers will be eligible for a RMB 500,000 grant to facilitate their establishment. Following recognition, these centers will also receive annual grants of up to RMB 5 million, contingent upon the quality of services they provide.
