AMD recently launched the Ryzen AI PRO 400G Series, featuring Zen5 CPU and RDNA3.5 GPU architectures, designed specifically for business desktops. Meanwhile, the retail version of the Ryzen AI 400G Series has also quietly gone live on AMD's official website. As the successor to the Ryzen 8000G Series, it incorporates AI technology for the first time. Based on TSMC's 4nm process Strix Point core, the series introduces six SKU models with specifications consistent with the PRO series, covering 65W and 35W power consumption versions. The core counts range from 6 to 8 cores, with a maximum boost frequency of 5.1GHz. It integrates Radeon 860M/840M GPUs, and the NPU computing power across the entire series reaches up to 50 TOPS. However, these models currently only have Tray product IDs assigned, with no boxed product IDs available, indicating that AMD does not plan to sell directly to the retail market at this stage.
