According to statistics released by the Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Inc. (CAMPI) and the Truck Manufacturers Association, car sales in the Philippines soared to 40,483 units in June, registering a 3.6% year-on-year growth. From January to June, cumulative car sales also witnessed a 2% year-on-year increase.
