Based on the most recent manufacturer survey data unveiled by the China Passenger Car Association (CVPDA) on July 24th, leading automakers' retail sales projections for the current month have witnessed a 6% increase from the previous year but a decline of roughly 10% compared to the previous month. Comprehensive assessments predict that retail sales of narrow passenger vehicles will hit 1.85 million units this month, marking a 7.6% year-on-year growth and an 11.2% month-on-month decrease. Notably, sales of new energy vehicles (NEVs) are anticipated to reach 1.01 million units, pushing the penetration rate to an estimated 54.6%.
