This underscores the necessity for drivers to maintain control of the vehicle throughout the journey and bear sole responsibility for safety. To enhance the oversight of intelligent driving technology, the Ministry will collaborate with relevant departments to solidify legal and technical standards, mandate automakers to assume primary accountability, and regulate advertising practices to preclude exaggeration and misrepresentation. Additionally, drivers are urged to maintain a precise understanding of assisted driving functionalities, thereby mitigating safety and legal hazards stemming from misuse.
