Yin Tongyue underscored that Chery will enhance self-discipline, firmly oppose price wars, expedite supplier payment terms, and combat misleading advertising and online disarray. Speaking at the Chongqing Forum, Yin Tongyue further stressed that the automotive industry must value the current favorable development climate, uphold quality standards, and view price reductions as a measure of last resort. He advocated for enterprises to revert to their core values, prioritize high-quality development, augment investments in innovation, accelerate brand upgrading, and bolster overseas expansion capabilities, while emphatically stating that Chery will not introduce price wars into international markets.
