These falsehoods encompass claims such as NIO employees engaging in unethical public relations practices and hiring online trolls to target competitors. Such allegations are a gross misrepresentation of the facts and amount to malicious slander against NIO and its employees. Notably, several online accounts, including "AWenTech", have shared and commented on this misinformation without verifying its authenticity.

The purported evidence circulating online, including screenshots of reports, details of cryptocurrency transactions, and compilation materials, are all fabricated using AI technology. NIO upholds a strict adherence to legal and ethical standards in its operations and firmly opposes any form of unethical public relations or online harassment. In response to these malicious rumors and slander, NIO has filed a report with the relevant public security authorities and intends to take legal action against the responsible parties.
