On the afternoon of July 17, the Fourth Central Guidance Group conducted a field study at the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) as part of its special initiative to "comprehensively address irrational competition in the new energy vehicle industry." During the visit, the group convened a symposium with the leaders of BAIC Group, BYD Group, and CAAM. The objective was to assess the progress of the rectification efforts, solicit the views and suggestions of all stakeholders, and explore further measures to tackle existing challenges. Che Jun, head of the Fourth Central Guidance Group, emphasized the importance and urgency of addressing irrational competition in the new energy vehicle industry. He urged all parties to actively shoulder their responsibilities, effectively regulate the industrial competition landscape, foster high-quality development of the industry, and expedite the advancement of new-type industrialization.
