On July 18, UU Green Energy revealed its ambitious initiative to invest a maximum of RMB 800 million in establishing a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility dedicated to new energy vehicle charging and discharging equipment in Guangming District, Shenzhen. This comprehensive project encompasses production lines, research and development facilities, office spaces, and ancillary infrastructure, spanning approximately 20,000 square meters of land and boasting a construction area of roughly 95,000 square meters. Funding for this venture will be sourced from the company's surplus capital, internal resources, or self-financing mechanisms. The projected completion date for this groundbreaking project is set for December 31, 2029.
