The Beijing Municipal Government has unveiled the "Beijing Special Action Plan for Deepening Reform and Boosting Consumption." The plan aims to refine the automotive consumption environment and refine the allocation of passenger car quotas to better suit the requirements for family car usage. Concurrently, it seeks to nurture key players in the used car sales industry by continuing to implement measures that ease the sale of used cars, such as "reverse invoicing" and cross-regional transaction registration. Furthermore, it reinforces information sharing to bolster third-party used car inquiry platforms, thereby enhancing transparency and facilitating used car transactions. Additionally, the plan encourages the expansion of automotive aftermarket consumption, encompassing modifications, leasing, racing, and RV camping. To invigorate new energy vehicle consumption, it organizes new energy vehicle races across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
