In partnership with the Henan Branch of China UnionPay, the Henan Automobile Industry Association is set to launch a new energy vehicle consumption promotion campaign in July 2025. Throughout the event, the initial 2,000 customers who purchase new energy vehicles priced at RMB 200,000 or above, equipped with the HarmonyOS infotainment system and Huawei Tuling platform, and registered with a 'Yu' license plate within Henan Province, will be eligible for a cash subsidy of RMB 3,000 per vehicle, amounting to a total of RMB 6 million. The campaign will commence on July 1st and conclude on July 31st, with subsidies distributed on a first-come, first-served basis via the Yunshanfu deposit deduction method until funds are fully utilized.
