Amid a shortage of essential parts, Toyota's Daihatsu has announced the temporary suspension of operations at certain Japanese facilities. Specifically, production at the Shiga No. 2 Plant will be halted from July 8 to 11, while the Oita Nakatsu No. 2 Plant will cease operations from July 7 to 11.
