Insider information from Xiaomi Motors indicates that its latest model, the YU7, is poised to enter full-scale production at the company's factory. Concurrently, the second phase of the adjacent smart manufacturing industrial base project is on the verge of commencing operations, specifically tailored for the production of the YU7. The construction of factory and office buildings for this second phase has been completed, with certain areas already gearing up for accelerated activity. Upon full operationalization, the project is anticipated to achieve an annual production capacity of 150,000 units, significantly easing existing delivery challenges. Xiaomi has scheduled a launch event for the evening of June 26 to officially unveil and introduce the YU7 to the market.
