On June 13, records submitted to the State Administration for Market Regulation revealed that Beijing Benz Automotive Co., Ltd. had embarked on two recall initiatives encompassing over 13,700 vehicles. The recalls are primarily attributed to design flaws in the battery management system software and issues with the fuse box assembly. Specifically, the battery management system defect has the potential to trigger vehicle fires, while the fuse box assembly issue may cause vehicles to lose power, both of which present significant safety risks.
