His successor in both positions is Ge Xianqing. Notably, this change follows Feng Xingya's prior resignation from equivalent positions at GAC Trumpchi Automobile Co., Ltd., where Ge Xianqing also took over. Established in 2017 with a registered capital of approximately 7.803 billion RMB, GAC AION operates in various sectors, including the manufacturing of auto parts, accessories, and electric vehicles. The company is jointly owned by Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd., among others.
