The initiative emphasizes that enterprises must cease disorderly 'price wars' and collectively uphold a fair and equitable competitive environment. Key aspects of this initiative include: a firm commitment to fair competition principles, adherence to legal and compliant operations; a prohibition against market monopolization by dominant enterprises, which would infringe upon the rights and interests of other market participants; a stipulation that beyond lawful price reductions, no enterprise should engage in predatory pricing below cost or spread misleading information that disrupts market order; and a requirement for all enterprises to conduct self-assessments and rectifications in accordance with national laws and regulations.
