The company's scope of business encompasses the sale of air transport equipment, aviation operational support services, the manufacture and distribution of intelligent in-vehicle devices, leasing services for transportation equipment, and the production of intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Thalys' Chongqing Ruichi Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. Furthermore, Chongqing Ruichi Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. holds shares jointly with other companies in the newly established Chongqing Phoenix Space Technology Co., Ltd.
