Jinxi Axle announced on May 28 that it intends to reallocate the remaining 29.86 million yuan of funds raised from the completed "Rail Transit and High-end Equipment Manufacturing Base Construction Project (Phase I)" towards the "Technical Renovation Project for Informatization Upgrade and Efficiency Improvement of High-precision Axle Production Lines." The total investment for this project amounts to 29.86 million yuan, with an anticipated construction duration of two years. Upon completion, the project is expected to bolster the company's manufacturing and quality assurance capabilities for both Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) axles and urban rail axles. By introducing and upgrading equipment, the initiative aims to achieve full-process automation in manufacturing and testing, along with informatized quality management for high-precision axle products. This will ultimately enhance the stability and consistency of mass production quality. Upon the project's successful implementation, Jinxi Axle will possess a flexible annual production capacity of 10,000 units for both EMU axles and urban rail axles.
