On May 20, Baolong Technology announced a strategic partnership with Weifu High-Technology's subsidiary, Weifu Jinning, to jointly establish Weifu Baolong Technology Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 400 million yuan. This collaboration underscores Baolong's commitment to capitalizing on the burgeoning trend of fully active suspension systems in the automotive industry and accelerating the development of fully active suspension motor hydraulic pump technology. The initiative is poised to drive rapid business growth and ensure long-term sustainability for both parties. Specifically, Hefei Baolong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baolong Technology, will contribute 180 million yuan, representing 45% of the joint venture's registered capital, while Weifu Jinning will invest 220 million yuan, holding a 55% stake.
