On May 14, the subject of "Nezha Auto facing a bankruptcy application" ignited widespread debate. According to the National Enterprise Bankruptcy Reorganization Case Information Network, Shanghai Yuxing Advertising Co., Ltd. filed a bankruptcy review application against Hezhong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., the parent company of Nezha Auto. The case is being handled by the Intermediate People's Court of Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province. In response, a Nezha Auto insider clarified that while it was within the other party's rights to file such an application, Nezha Auto had not internally initiated any bankruptcy proceedings. Additionally, the company has recently encountered challenges, including contractual disputes over sales with EVE Energy and Hive Energy, as well as delays in equipment payments.
