On May 7, Baojun, a subsidiary of SAIC-GM-Wuling, announced its intention to introduce a new SUV model featuring Huawei's state-of-the-art ADS (Autonomous Driving Solution). According to industry experts, this model will be equipped with LiDAR technology and is anticipated to hit the market by the end of the year, priced within the range of 150,000 to 250,000 yuan. This positioning makes it the flagship offering within the Baojun brand. Furthermore, this collaboration marks another milestone for Huawei, which has already partnered with over 10 domestic and international automakers. It is expected that Baojun's new model will stand out as one of the most affordable Huawei-powered intelligent assisted driving vehicles equipped with LiDAR. At the time of publication, Baojun officials had yet to comment on this news.
