The Ministry of Ecology and Environment has released directives aimed at enhancing the environmental oversight of motor vehicles. These directives emphasize the integration of random checks and on-site inspections of truck emissions into daily supervision and law enforcement inspection plans. To achieve this, the ministry will collaborate with various departments to conduct road inspections. The primary focus is on addressing issues pertaining to the "three noes, two modifications, and one black" in vehicles. Vehicles found in violation will be urged to undergo repairs and remediation, with those committing serious violations being subject to key management and legal penalties. However, vehicles with first-time violations that are promptly rectified may be exempt from punishment, albeit with the stipulation that unit management must be strengthened.
