On April 13 at the Shenyang Auto Show, an incident occurred where a black AITO M7 veered unexpectedly out of its display booth, resulting in damage to four nearby exhibition vehicles. According to AITO's official response, the accident was attributed to the vehicle being inadvertently started without activating the exhibition mode. Additionally, the driver's seatbelt was not fastened, and significant interference with the steering wheel prevented the Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system from engaging. Fortunately, only one person sustained minor contusions and has since been released from hospital care. The exact cause of the accident remains under investigation.
