Recently, Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao convened a virtual meeting with Valdis Dombrovskis, Commissioner for Trade and Economic Security of the European Commission. The two parties agreed to promptly commence negotiations on pricing commitments for electric vehicles. As of now, Chinese and European teams have established initial contacts regarding this matter.
