Volkswagen Group has recently unveiled its first-quarter delivery figures for 2025, reporting a global delivery of 2.13 million vehicles, marking a 1.4% increase year-on-year. Notably, the Volkswagen brand passenger car segment witnessed a substantial growth, with deliveries surging to 1.1342 million units, up 5.1% compared to the previous year. In contrast, the Audi brand recorded a delivery volume of 383,400 units, representing a 3.4% decrease year-on-year. Similarly, the Porsche brand saw a decline of 7.9% year-on-year, with 71,500 units delivered. Amidst this mixed performance, China stands out as the only market where Volkswagen Group experienced a sales drop, with a 7.1% decrease in the first quarter.
