Tesla Reports Q1 Vehicle Deliveries at 337,000, Marking a 13% Decline Year-over-Year

Tesla's figures released on April 2 revealed that production for the first quarter totaled 362,615 vehicles, representing a 16.33% decrease from the previous year. Deliveries, meanwhile, amounted to 336,681 vehicles, a 12.96% year-over-year drop. Notably, deliveries of the Model 3 and Model Y combined stood at 323,800 vehicles, a 12.44% decrease from the same period last year. Tesla acknowledged that the conversion of Model Y production lines at four factories had temporarily impacted production for several weeks but assured that the ramp-up of new Model Y production remained on track.
