During the China EV100 Forum 2025 on March 30, Li Congxi, Vice President of Ningbo Ronbay New Energy Technology, disclosed that Ronbay Technology's solid-state electrolyte endeavors are primarily centered around sulfide and halide technologies. The company's first-generation cathode material for all-solid-state batteries has progressed to the ton-scale verification stage, with finalization expected to be achieved within this year. Additionally, the second-generation ultra-high-nickel ternary material boasts a capacity of up to 240mAh/g and is currently in its nascent stages of development. The third-generation material, leveraging lithium-rich manganese oxide technology, exhibits a capacity exceeding 300mAh/g. Li Congxi further announced that the sulfide solid-state electrolyte will conclude its pilot-scale validation this year, paving the way for the establishment of a mass production line in the coming year.
